Coaching for High Growth is fully-funded SME support offering an intensive package of support to help ambitious and forward thinking businesses unlock and sustain their high growth potential. It is available free to qualifying businesses.

How can Coaching for High Growth help me?

In conjunction with Business Link West Midlands, we are offering up to 10 days of fully-funded expert business coaching.

You will benefit from our expertise and experience to take a holistic review of your business and pin-point barriers to growth. The support provided is tailored to your needs and includes access to specialist expertise to address specific issues. The programme covers areas such as:

• Creating a clear vision for the business
• Identifying key target markets and new routes to market
• Ensuring the management structure, internal processes, infrastructure and IT are right to facilitate sustainable growth
• Ensuring effective management of product/service development and innovation
• Financial review

The programme also provides:

• Access to other business support being delivered nationally and locally
• Account management by us to ensure continuity of advice and support throughout the engagement.

How do I Apply?

This programme will move your business forward. We’ve worked 1,000s of businesses and our expertise is proven to deliver results.

Space on this programme is limited and support will be given to businesses of 2-50 full time employees that have the potential to make a significant contribution to the local West Midlands economy.
