Delegate Cancellation, Substitution or Transfer
You may substitute a delegate on a course at no additional charge upon notifying us in writing.
If a delegate cancels a training course booking, a cancellation fee is payable.
The fee payable depends on the notice period given, as shown in the table below.
Please note a cancellation fee refers to a specific course date and therefore a transfer to a later course counts as a cancellation and the cancellation fee structure below applies.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the course fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a training course should unforeseen circumstances occur.
Should we need to cancel a course, we may offer you an alternative date. If the alternative date is not suitable, or if we are unable to offer an alternative date, we will refund the cost of the booking in full. The National B2B Centre Limited will not be liable for any further compensation.
Special offers on courses are periodically available and published on each course page. These periodic special offers are not available to delegates who booked or paid for the course prior to the special offer becoming available.
